The key feature of The Vibrant Woman Project is the personal mindset work and reflection that you'll do each week.
If you've tried self improvement or weight loss programs before with no success, chances are that the mindset work was missing. Many programs treat the problem by trying to address the symptoms...but unless you treat the cause of those symptoms, you will not be able to achieve a permanent solution.
For example, If you want to lose weight, your symptom is a few extra pounds. Most programs try to help you by giving you advice about how to eat less and move more...but that's not a permanent solution.
My coaching in The Vibrant Woman Project focuses on what causes you to eat more than you need. We work with the cognitive and emotional factors to permanently change the behavior.
The core of The Vibrant Woman Project is our LIVE weekly coaching sessions. These are done online, via Zoom. If you can't make a call...no problem...you will have access to the recorded call in your client portal.
You will also receive beautiful workbooks and other resources to help you implement the lifestyle changes we talk about that will guide your transformation.
Everything is taken care of! You will get all the tools and strategies you need to become the healthiest version of you...and I'll be right by your side guiding you every step of the way.

Step 1 - Schedule a Call
Set up a Zoom Meeting to discuss your goals. I call this a Success Session.
If we're a good fit, we will schedule your first coaching session.
Step 2 - Schedule a Coaching Session
I want you to experience a coaching session first hand before you commit to becoming a part of the family.
During this first coaching session, we will define your goals for transformation and I'll propose a plan for achieving these goals.
Step 3 - Start Your Transformation
When we decide we are a good fit for each other, you will choose a membership package.
I offer private coaching in single sessions or in more economical packages of 6 and 12 sessions.
Depending on your unique goals, you may decide that my group coaching program - The Vibrant Woman Project - is right for you.
And then....begin your transformation journey.
